Jan Bell

Jan Bell currently serves as the Head of Specialist Housing and Supporting People at United Welsh since July 2016. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of Chair of the Board of Directors and Board Member at Tai Pawb from July 2012 to July 2021. Jan also worked at Taff Housing Association for a decade as Head of Support Services, overseeing contracts in Cardiff, Newport, and the Vale of Glamorgan that included Floating Support, refugee projects, and a sheltered scheme for Somali elders. Jan began a career in healthcare as a midwife at the University Hospital of Wales and has held various nursing roles since 1983. Jan has an ILM level 7 in Leadership and Strategic Management from Learning to Inspire and a BSc (Econ) Hons in Social Policy and Administration from Swansea University.
