Tim Blaharski

Tim Blaharski is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Business Analyst Technical Coach at United Wholesale Mortgage since August 2025, Tim previously held the position of Senior Business Analyst at KBX from September 2022 to May 2025. From May 2007 to September 2022, Tim was with Guardian Industries, where responsibilities included managing support teams, developing support structures for North and Latin America, and acting as a middle layer between end users and system developers. Tim also contributed to the management of major business systems, system functionality training, and logistical operations. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Siena Heights University, earned in 2006.
