Alton Woods

Alton Woods is an experienced professional in operations and training management, currently serving as Director of Learning Operations at UnitedHealth Group since July 2007, where leadership involves overseeing a team of over 100 operational trainers. Prior to this role, Alton Woods held the position of mymetrics Program Director, leading the development and maintenance of a Performance Management system for a workforce of more than 5,000 agents.
