Ann Hanstad

Ann Hanstad has extensive experience in educational leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Learning at UnitedHealth Group since August 2022, Ann previously held roles as Assistant Principal at Minnetonka Public Schools and Osseo Senior High. Ann's career in education also includes various positions within Minnetonka Public Schools, such as Teacher Instructional Coach and Middle School Science Teacher, along with a role as Student Dean for the BEACON Alternative Learning Program at Bloomington Public Schools. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science and Secondary Education from the College of Saint Benedict, as well as multiple advanced degrees in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
