Jim Dickinson

Jim Dickinson serves as the Director of Product Performance at UnitedHealth Group, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Optum, where Jim held positions as Director of Process Innovation and Business Deployment Leader, as well as Quality Manager. As the founder of MyH2OFlow.com, Jim has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior experience also includes serving as a Lean Leader and National Distribution/Logistics Manager at Ecolab. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Babson College.
