Lauren Montwill

Lauren Montwill serves as the Vice President of Health Equity & Community Impact in the Office of Health Equity at UnitedHealth Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held multiple vice presidential positions at UnitedHealthcare from July 2013 to June 2023, including Vice President of Community Strategy and Vice President of Client Development for National Accounts. Lauren's early career at Optum, spanning from July 2008 to July 2013, included roles such as Business Innovation Director and Sales and Marketing Manager. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus on Marketing, International Business, and Global Studies and Language from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and additional education from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
