Mark Lusch

Mark Lusch currently serves as the Director of People Analytics at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities include leading a team of analytics consultants to provide insights that support business decision-making across the organization's Optum businesses. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in People Analytics at Rexnord, where Mark supported HR leaders with data analysis and reporting, as well as participation in a rotational MBA Leadership Development Program at Rexnord.
