Nora Sievers

Nora Sievers is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in driving strategic recruitment initiatives within global enterprises. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Management and Organization/Change Effectiveness at UnitedHealth Group, Nora oversees the talent acquisition strategy while fostering leadership development and creating mobility opportunities. Past roles include Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at American Express, where Nora managed global talent acquisition and executive hiring, and positions at Schwan's Food Company and Kelly Services. An alumna of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Marketing and Communications, Nora has received numerous accolades, including the HR Top Achiever Award and the Chairman’s Award for Innovation. Additionally, Nora serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement North.
