Paula Soller

Paula Soller has extensive experience in internal communications and public relations, currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement since February 2007, where oversight and strategic direction are provided for a six-person team. Soller offers strategic communications counsel to the chief executive officer and executive leadership team of a $50 billion organization. Previous roles include Manager of Internal Communications at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement, Senior Public Relations Program Manager and Tradeshow Manager at Boston Scientific, and various communications positions at Target and Celtic Advertising. Soller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies with an English minor from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
