Tam L. has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Health Services Coordinator, Lead at UnitedHealth Group since April 2021. Prior to this, Tam worked at Baystate Health from November 2015 to April 2021, where they held various positions including Scheduler of the Interpreter and Translation Services Department, Interim Scheduler for Interpreter Services Department, and Medical Interpreter. Before Baystate Health, Tam worked at TransFluenci, LLC, formerly Global Link Translations, as a Medical and Legal Vietnamese Interpreter from August 2015 to April 2020. Furthermore, Tam gained experience as a Manager Assistant/Receptionist/Licensed Manicurist at Happy Nails from March 2009 to August 2016.
