VinothKumar Rajendran is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at UnitedHealth Group since March 2018, VinothKumar has progressed through multiple positions including Senior Manager, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to UnitedHealth Group, VinothKumar worked at The Advisory Board Company as a Senior Software Engineer and at ABCO India Private Ltd, where responsibilities included Engineering Management, Release Management, and Development RoadMap planning.
