John Buergler

John Buergler started their work experience as a Planning & Operations Officer in the 4th Bde, 4th ID & 229th Avn Regt (Atk) from 1998 to 2001. John then served as a Company Commander in the HHC 3-229th Attack Battalion from 2001 to 2002. Following that, they joined NBC Universal (General Electric) for their Financial Management Program from 2002 to 2004.

Afterwards, Buergler worked as a Finance Manager at WNBC Channel 4 NYC from 2004 to 2005. John then moved to NBC Universal Dallas/Fort Worth as a Director of Finance from 2005 to 2007. John later became the Vice President of Finance at NBC Universal from 2007 to 2008, and then the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at CNBC from 2008 to 2009.

Buergler then worked as the CFO for a Private Media Company in NYC at Geller & Company from 2009 to 2011. John then joined Univision Communications Inc. and held various roles, including SVP & CFO at Univision Radio, SVP Finance & Project Leader, and SVP, Growth Initiatives, Univision Local Media from 2011 to 2020.

Currently, Buergler serves as the Chief Financial Officer at UnitedMasters since 2020.

John Buergler attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. John then pursued further education in the field of Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology through Army Aviation and FAA licensed flight schools, obtaining a Commercial Pilot license with Instrument Rotorcraft rating in 1996 and a Private Pilot license with ASEL rating in 2021. Additionally, John completed programs in Financial Management and Experienced Financial Leadership through the Crotonville Alumni, focusing on Accounting and Finance.
