Eric Hoffman, CCUIA, currently holds the position of Internal Audit and Risk Manager at UnitedOne Credit Union since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing the Internal Audit Program and overseeing regulatory exams and the Enterprise Risk Management Program. Prior experience includes serving as VP, Senior Corporate Risk Analyst at Associated Bank, leading vendor management projects and model risk management functions from June 2019 to February 2021. Additionally, Eric has extensive experience from Bank First - WI, progressing from the Internal Auditor role to Internal Audit Officer, ensuring compliance with audit policies and coordinating internal audits and controls from May 2011 to May 2019. Eric holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Lakeland University and a Bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University.
