Jacqueline Diaz

Jacqueline Diaz is an experienced pharmacist with a robust background in pharmacy management and patient care. Currently serving as a Pharmacist in Charge and Pharmacy Manager at UnitedRx since January 2017, Jacqueline oversees pharmacy operations and staff. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Pharmacy Manager at Publix Super Markets from June 2011 to December 2016, where responsibilities included supervising technicians, managing inventory, conducting medication therapy management, and providing patient consultations. Jacqueline began their career at Walmart, starting as a Customer Service associate and progressing to a pharmacy intern. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Pharmacy Studies from Middle Tennessee State University.
