Rhonda Torres

Rhonda Torres is a seasoned professional in instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Instructional Design at Unitek Learning since October 2021, where strategic leadership is provided in course development. Previously, Rhonda held the position of Instructional Design Manager, along with experience as an Instructional Designer at Western Governors University from August 2016 to July 2022. Rhonda's expertise also includes a tenure as a Senior Instructional Designer at the University of Phoenix from March 2009 to August 2016, focusing on high-volume courses in the college of humanities and contributing to accreditation efforts. Rhonda holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Boise State University, earned between 2011 and 2013.
