Omon Ismoilov

Omon Ismoilov has extensive work experience in telecommunications and customer service. Omon worked at Beeline Uzbekistan from 2019 onwards, starting as the Head of Customer Experience & Service-Design and later becoming the Head of Digital Self-Care Products. Prior to that, they worked at VEON from 2014, starting as an intern at the Marketing Department. Omon then held various roles at VEON, including Senior Specialist of Mobile Internet Development, Manager of NPS and CFL introduction, and Manager of Improvements Implementation.

Omon Ismoilov's education history is as follows:

In 2008, they enrolled in the Tashkent Professional IT College, where they pursued a Specialist degree in IT Economics. Omon completed this program in 2011.

Starting in 2011 until 2015, Omon Ismoilov attended both the University of Wales and the Management Development Institute of Singapore. Omon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from both institutions.

Beginning in 2021, Omon Ismoilov joined the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO, where they are currently working towards a Master's degree in Business Informatics. Omon is expected to complete this program in 2023.

In addition to their academic achievements, Omon Ismoilov has also obtained various certifications. These include "Design Thinking for Innovation" from the University of Virginia in March 2023, "Customer Service Leadership," "Digital Transformation for Leaders," "Introduction to Digital Twins," "Introduction to Quantum Computing," and "Machine Learning for Marketing: Essential Training" from LinkedIn in June 2021. Omon also received certifications such as "Charlene Li on Digital Leadership," "Leading with Innovation," "Strategic Agility," "The Future of Performance Management," "Business Collaboration in the Modern Workplace," "Digital Transformation," "Foundations of The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0)," and "RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders" from LinkedIn in May and April 2021. Furthermore, in December 2018, Omon Ismoilov completed the "Introduction to User Experience Design" certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Lastly, they obtained an IELTS (Band Score 7.0) certification from the British Council in January 2011.
