Solymar Posada

Solymar Posada is an experienced manager with a strong background in operations and human resources. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Unitex since November 2017, Solymar previously held the position of Assistant Plant Manager, overseeing production operations and compliance while managing team dynamics and quality assurance. Prior to Unitex, Solymar worked as a Production Supervisor at Cadillac Uniform & Linen Supply and as Finance Administration Manager and Administrative Assistant at the American Lung Association. Solymar holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
