Aditya Bakshi

Aditya Bakshi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. At Unitherm Engineers Limited, they worked as a Director from April 2011 to March 2013, and later became the Managing Director from April 2013 onwards. Aditya also held the position of Executive Director at Aichelin Unitherm Heat Treatment Systems India Private Limited, Indo German Vacu Treat Pvt Ltd, and PrimCoat PVD Technology India Pvt Ltd. Furthermore, Aditya served as the Business Development Manager at Unitherm Engineers Limited from October 2008 to April 2010. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft Corp as a Software Design Engineer in Test from September 2005 to June 2007, and later as a Product Manager from July 2007 to October 2008. Aditya's career began with a Business Operations Support Internship at Gerson Lehrman Group in 2004. Most recently, they joined Innovae3D Pvt Ltd as an Executive Director in June 2019.

Aditya Bakshi completed their education in a chronological order. Aditya first pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Telecommunications Engineering from Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune from 1998 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters of Science in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University between 2003 and 2005. Finally, they obtained an MBA in General Management from the Indian School of Business from 2010 to 2011.
