Melissa Houk

Melissa Houk is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in training development and program management. Currently serving as a Sr. Instructional Designer at Uniti Group Inc. since March 2019, Melissa is responsible for the design, development, and management of key training initiatives in areas such as process, product, and professional development. Previously, at Windstream Enterprise from August 2002 to March 2019, Melissa held various roles including Manager/Sr. Instructional Designer and Corporate Trainer, successfully leading the training development and deployment for product launches and sales programs. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Systems from Kent State University.
