Ryan Cleland-Bogle

Ryan Cleland-Bogle is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in recruitment and investment. As CEO of Tempting Ventures since April 2017, Ryan leads efforts to invest in early-stage recruitment businesses in both the UK and USA. In addition, Ryan serves as a Venture Partner at Archer Search Partners, focusing on strategic hiring for alternative asset managers, and as Chairman of Uniting Ambition, the UK’s leading recruitment brand for growing and transforming businesses. Previously, Ryan was CEO of Recruitment Entrepreneur, managing a venture capital fund in the staffing sector, and co-founded Carrington Fox, which specialized in financial markets recruitment. Early career experience includes founding Lucas Love Healthcare, Ireland's top nursing and domiciliary care agency. Ryan holds a BCOMM in Business from The University of Edinburgh.
