Rebecca Kennedy

Rebecca Kennedy serves as the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Uniting Communities since November 2016, following roles including Manager of People and Culture and Service Manager for the Streetlink Youth Health Service and New ROADS. The Streetlink Youth Health Service focuses on primary health care for young people aged 10-25, while New ROADS provides support for adults dealing with drug and alcohol issues. Earlier experience includes management of youth homelessness services at The Salvation Army, where Rebecca oversaw short-term accommodations and case management for at-risk youth. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's in Psychological Science specializing in Child Development, Rebecca brings a strong educational background to their extensive experience in youth services and health management.
