About The Role As an Account Manager, your role is to drive revenue growth by engaging with new contacts within existing customer accounts. Using account planning strategies and maintaining a high level of activity through emails, phone calls, and social media, you will connect with targeted contacts in existing accounts to introduce new users and use cases to unitQ. You will be a unitQ brand ambassador, acting as the foundational entry point for contract expansion opportunities within our customers, guiding them through their initial interactions with the Sales and Customer Success teams to evaluate new use cases. Role Responsibilities Build account plans to map out white space within the existing customer basePipeline Generation - maintain a high level of outbound sales activity to source new business meetings for Account Executives that result in visible opportunity added to the pipelineCheck in with our commercial contacts in existing accounts and feedback to the Account Executives and Customer Success on account healthManage renewals and upsell contracts, ensuring all renewals happen on timeHit/exceed monthly KPIs on activity, pipeline, renewals and net dollar retention (NDR)Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to identify accounts with lower engagement and build at strategy to discover additional opportunities for expansion and renewalAccurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and information into Salesforce About You This is an ideal role for an SDR with 2-5 years of experience looking to advance to the next stage of their sales careerPassion for technology and an ability to speak knowledgeably about the industry of data analyticsExcellent writing skills with attention to grammar and toneClear communication, a deep sense of empathy, and a commitment to integrityA self-starter who can diagnose inefficiencies and optimize processes to maximize resultsA commitment to learning, being adaptable, and having a GREAT ATTITUDECoachable and open to feedback2-5 years of SaaS sales experience (inc.
