Faith Kwali

Faith Kwali is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Organisational Effectiveness at Unitrans since August 2025, Faith has previously held significant positions including Head of Talent and Learning & Development at Engen and Human Capital Executive at Alma Clinics. Faith's experience at Sanlam included roles as both Human Capital Executive for Retail Mass and Group Talent Manager, focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness. With a robust background in developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering stakeholder relationships, Faith has consistently contributed to enhancing operational performance and employee engagement. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree and Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Western Cape, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNISA.
