Austyn Woods, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2012, Austyn started their career as a Sales Representative at Leavenworth Boutique, where they worked until 2015. They then joined Western Washington University as a Human Resources Intern in 2018. In the same year, Austyn also worked at Lynden Door Inc. as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant from June to December and as a Human Resources Employment Coordinator from December 2018 to November 2019. Austyn then joined Unity Care NW, where they worked as a Recruiter from November 2019 to January 2021 and currently hold the position of Human Resource Generalist. Additionally, Austyn has prior experience as a Shift Supervisor at Woods Coffee from April 2016 to August 2018.

Austyn Woods, PHR, received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Western Washington University from 2014 to 2018. During the same period, Austyn also pursued a Second Major in Spanish Language and Literature and a Minor in Psychology at the same university. Austyn obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in November 2021. Additionally, in January 2018, Austyn completed the NIH web-based training course "Protecting Human Research Participants" from The National Institutes of Health.
