Dr. Dominik Fischer

Dr. Dominik Fischer serves as Principal and Head of Strategy & Innovation at UNITY, a management consultancy focused on innovation and digital transformation, since July 2010. Under Dr. Fischer's leadership, UNITY has expanded its operations to South America, notably establishing an office in São Paulo in 2014 to tap into Brazil's burgeoning consulting market. Prior to his role at UNITY, Dr. Fischer was a Project Manager for Strategy & Innovation at Audiotec Fischer GmbH from 2006 to 2010, where the company gained international acclaim as a leader in innovative audio products. Dr. Fischer began his career with the Deutscher Bundestag as part of the Office of CDU/CSU parliamentary party leader Friedrich Merz. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Diplom-Kaufmann in International Business from Paderborn University, supplemented by international experience at Ewha Womans University in South Korea.
