Maximilian Straube

Maximilian Straube is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, sustainability, and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management for Sustainability & Circular Economy at UNITY since September 2016, Maximilian advises industry clients on strategic foresight, innovation strategy, and the implementation of sustainable business models. Prior roles include Senior Management Consultant and Consultant at purefood GmbH, as well as Master Thesis Student at Ethicon, Inc., where research focused on customer needs for hernia repair prototypes. Additional experience includes positions at Gibson Innovations and Philips, contributing to supply chain management and project management initiatives. Maximilian holds an MBA and an MSc, both with distinction, along with a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
