Alyssa Gupton, LCSW, serves as the Assistant Director of CompassionNet, a pediatric and perinatal palliative care program at Lifetime Care Home Health Care and Hospice, where Alyssa has been employed since 2001. In this role, Alyssa leads program development and operations, serving over 450 families annually across New York State. Previous positions include Manager of Social Work Case Management, where Alyssa oversaw a team providing care support, and Coordinator of A Caring Place, focusing on bereavement programs for children and teens. Earlier experience includes EAP Counselor at The Health Association and Counseling Services Supervisor at Family Tree, where Alyssa provided support to survivors of domestic violence. Alyssa holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver, advanced training in palliative care from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Miami University.
