Colleen Dimartino

Colleen DiMartino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, marketing, and public policy. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR Operations at Rochester Regional Health, Colleen manages COVID-19 projects and processes while acting as a subject matter expert. Prior roles include Director of Marketing at Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP, where Colleen developed firm-wide marketing strategies, and Chief of Staff at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Inc., leading special projects and managing public policy initiatives. Colleen also has experience as a paralegal at both Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP and Eastman Kodak, as well as serving as a Human Resource Services Specialist at Paychex. Colleen holds a BA in Psychology and Economics from the University of Rochester.
