Robin Ross

Robin Ross, MIRHR, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Labour Relations at Unity Health Toronto since March 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Labour & Employee Relations and Director of Human Resources at Extendicare Inc. from July 2019 to March 2022, and Manager of Labour & Employee Relations as well as HR Business Partner at Baycrest from April 2015 to July 2019. Earlier roles include Labour Relations Consultant and Analyst at Halifax Regional Municipality, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, and a Diversity Intern at Catalyst Inc. Robin Ross holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from St. Francis Xavier University.
