Raj Soni

Raj Soni currently serves as Global Director of Employee and Labour Relations at Open Society Foundations since October 2022. Prior roles include Employee Relations Director for International at Facebook from November 2020 to October 2022, and a lengthy tenure at Cisco from July 2008 to October 2020, where Soni held positions as Employee Relations Director and Employee Relations Manager for the EMEAR region, focusing on employment agendas and collaboration. Earlier experience includes serving as Employee Relations Manager in the UK at IBM from 1995 to 2008, where Soni was responsible for key Employee Relations policies and acted as a subject matter expert.
