Jason Begley

Jason Begley has had over a decade of work experience in various roles related to labour relations and human resources. Jason most recently worked as the Director of People and Labour Relations at WestJet since 2017. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Labour Relations at Algoma Central Corporation, Senior Strategic Partner of Labour Relations at the University of Toronto, and Senior Industrial Relations Consultant at CBC/Radio-Canada. Jason also served as a Human Resources Manager at Molson Coors and a Labour Relations Advisor at Air Canada.

Jason Begley completed their Master's degree in Industrial Relations at Queen's University from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Guelph between 2001 and 2005.
