Senior Director Of Project Management at Unity Health Care

Colleen Siochain, MSc, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Colleen currently serves as the Senior Director of Project Management at Unity Health Care since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Clinical Support and Project Management at Unity Health Care from March 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining Unity Health Care, Colleen worked at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation starting in August 2014. Colleen held various positions including Strategy Planning Manager from February 2018 to March 2020 and Business Planning Manager from November 2015 to February 2018. In their role as a Project Manager, Operations from August 2014 to November 2015, they collaborated with senior management to develop project plans and milestones for strategic initiatives. Colleen also worked closely with the Senior VP of Operations and Data Analysts to prepare reports and presentations for strategic planning meetings.

Colleen's earlier experience includes working at Global Health Programs, U.S. Military HIV Research Program. Colleen served as a Senior Technical Advisor for Monitoring & Evaluation from June 2014 to August 2014. Colleen was also a Program Specialist from February 2013 to June 2014, supporting the management of HIV prevention, care, and treatment activities in African programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Coordinator from January 2010 to February 2013 and as an Administrative Assistant from February 2008 to January 2010, facilitating information flow and providing administrative support for the implementation of GHP activities.

Throughout their career, Colleen has demonstrated a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and program coordination, with expertise in healthcare and global health programs.

Colleen Siochain, MSc, PMP completed their education with a Master's Degree in Global Health Policy from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London in the year 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Drew University in the year 2007. In addition, Colleen holds a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2013.
