Stephen D. Rader

Stephen D. Rader is an experienced professional in data analytics and education, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Montgomery College since August 2023, where courses in Data Analytics Practitioner are designed and taught. Since December 2009, Rader has been the Data Analytics Manager at Unity Health Care, overseeing the development and implementation of EMR/EHR-based data analysis programs, as well as providing analytics leadership and training at a large Federally Qualified Health Center. Previous roles include Data Analyst, Instructor at ECPI College of Technology, Director of Information Services at Landon IP, and Electronic Medical Record Software Developer at various organizations. Rader holds a Master's Degree in Experimental Psychology from Illinois State University and a BA in Psychology from Augustana College, along with certification in Primal health coaching from Primal Health Coach Institute.
