Kimberly Roselle, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Unity House of Troy since June 2015, following roles as Assistant Director and Human Resources Manager. Previously, Kimberly worked as a Consultant and Marketing and Development Coordinator at Vanderheyden, Inc., where responsibilities included managing social media presence, developing marketing strategies, and crafting press releases. Earlier roles include Human Resources positions at Potratz Partners Advertising, where Kimberly overseen personnel policies and employee recruitment, as well as account management and marketing coordination at various agencies. Kimberly holds a BA in English Literature with a minor in Theatre from Wells College.

Unity House is a Rensselaer County-based human service agency that provides a wide range of services to meet the otherwise unmet needs of people in our community who are hurting and struggling. We assist those who are living in poverty, adults living with mental illness or HIV/AIDS, victims of domestic violence, and children with developmental delays. We work to achieve social justice in our community and to create a better understanding of those we serve.
