Stephanie Foy

Stephanie Foy is a seasoned organization development consultant and special projects manager with over two decades of experience at Foy & Associates, where Stephanie focuses on enhancing personal and organizational performance and growth. As the owner and design consultant at SBG Ventures, Stephanie integrates diverse disciplines to create environments that promote well-being and comfort for clients, while also inspiring and enhancing employee performance. Additionally, Stephanie serves as a senior partner at Leading Consciously, delivering organization and leadership development courses both in-person and online, and facilitating coaching for participants. Stephanie has a strong commitment to community service as a volunteer on the leadership team at Unity Church of Christianity and has previously held roles such as project facilitator at the American Leadership Forum and project director at the University of Houston. Stephanie holds a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Organizational Practice from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University.
