Kamal Sharma

Kamal Sharma is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the National Head of Micro LAP at Unity Small Finance Bank since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kamal held various positions at DCB Bank from January 2011 to September 2024, including National Sales Manager for Affordable Loans, National Head for Gold Loans, and Regional Sales Manager for Acquisition. Earlier in the career, Kamal was the Acquisition Head at HDFC Bank between 2008 and 2010. Kamal holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sikkim Manipal University through Distance Education.
