Puja Parida

Puja Parida currently serves as the Head of GRC-Banking Operations at Unity Small Finance Bank, where responsibilities include conducting operational risk reporting and ensuring compliance through RCSA testing and gap remediation. Prior to this role, Puja held the position of Vice President and Head of the Branch Control Unit at IDFC FIRST Bank. Puja's extensive experience in banking also includes serving as DVP and Lead of Retail Loan Operations at Axis Bank. Puja holds an MBA from the Regional College of Management in Bhubaneswar, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Ramadevi Womens College, a CAIIB in Retail Banking from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, and has obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt in quality control from KPMG.
