Natalie Mulay is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Unity. Natalie has over six years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for a variety of companies. Prior to their current position, Natalie was a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Trulia during their hyper-growth across the organization. Natalie has a proven track record of being a successful Program Manager. During their internship months, they acted as Program Manager and planned intern events/activities and lecture series. Natalie also built a network of contacts and pipeline of talent for future opportunities and maintained relationships through frequent high touch efforts with both students, faculty and career center staff.

Natalie Mulay graduated from The Hamlin School with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Natalie then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of San Francisco. Natalie is also certified in Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification.
