Kay Gossage

Kay Gossage has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Unity Trust Bank since February 2000. Prior roles within the same company include HR Manager and HR Advisor. Prior to joining Unity Trust Bank, Kay worked as an HR Advisor at ICL Fujitsu from August 1975 to May 1998, contributing significant expertise in HR practices throughout a diverse career.
