Fred Tomczyk

Fred Tomczyk is an accomplished executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Cboe Global Markets since July 2019. In addition, Tomczyk holds board positions with The World Federation of Exchanges and Unity Willis Towers Watson, both of which commenced in September and April 2023, respectively. Previously, Tomczyk served as Lead Independent Director at Sagen until January 2024 and held various roles at TD Ameritrade, including President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer, from 2006 to 2016. Tomczyk also contributed to TD from 2000 to 2007 in roles such as Vice Chair of Corporate Operations and President & CEO of TD Wealth Management. Earlier professional experiences include serving as Executive Vice President at Canada Trust and President & CEO at London Life. Tomczyk earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University between 1973 and 1977.
