Marco Hernandez

Marco Hernandez is an experienced information technology professional with a strong background in IT operations and management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Coordinator at Unity Willis Towers Watson since January 2020, Marco oversees local IT operations, budgets, and software systems supporting the insurance sector. Prior to this role, Marco held positions such as Senior IT Manager at Tranansacciones Ferreteras de Costa Rica S.A., where responsibilities included leading ERP migrations, and IT Support Technician at Costarican Technology & Marck S.A., focusing on software quality assurance and database administration. Marco's career began in 2001 at Net Entertainment, managing infrastructure and communications. Marco holds a Bachelor's degree in IT for Business Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
