Kim joined Unity in 1987 serving in various roles in the Human Resources Department including recruiting, compensation, HRIS, and employee relations. Kim is responsible for employee relations, training and development, policy administration, compensation, retention, talent acquisition, benefits, workers' compensation, and HRIS administration. Kim received her bachelor's degree in management human resources from Park University. She also earned her M.B.A. from the University of Central Missouri.
