Jenn Crimmins

Jenn Crimmins, FACHE, serves as the Regional Vice President of Ambulatory Services at UnityPoint Health, a role held since April 2016, overseeing approximately 400 employees and a $118 million budget. Crimmins develops standard practices to enhance the provider experience across UnityPoint Health – Fort Dodge. Previously, as Executive Director of Operations, Post Acute Strategy, and Organized System of Care Director, significant operational oversight included a team of 91 employees and a $28.8 million budget. Prior experience at Friendship Haven included the role of Vice President of Campus Development and Health Center Operations, managing nearly 200 employees and a $9 million budget, and Director of Development, focusing on fundraising and community outreach. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Des Moines University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
