Sheila Cronin

Sheila Cronin is an accomplished executive in human resources information systems with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Executive Director of People Systems & Operations at UnityPoint Health since February 2019. Previously, Sheila held various positions at Principal Financial Group from March 2002 to January 2019, including IT-BA/QA Director, where significant responsibilities included overseeing global HRIS strategy and managing a team of over 15 employees. Sheila also contributed to MetLife and MetLife Investors as Business Analyst Director and Director of Business Analysis, respectively, from 1995 to 2002. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.
