Jaclyn Nora

Jaclyn Nora is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital IT business solutions and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Digital IT Business Solutions at Univar Solutions since May 2020, Jaclyn has led initiatives to enhance global eCommerce platforms and spearheaded a cross-platform order tracking modernization project. Previously at Grainger from 2014 to 2020, Jaclyn demonstrated exceptional analytical capabilities as a Principal Business Analyst, contributing to high-impact projects like an online checkout redesign and inventory management tool. Jaclyn is also an Agile software methodology expert, mentoring team members in effective communication and leadership through various improvement initiatives. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Process Management from Indiana University and participated in the WEBSmart IT Executive Development Program.
