Nitin Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting in 1998 at Eastern Software Systems as a Sr Software Engineer, they developed the retail module of the ERP suite and led the first implementation of the software in the apparel industry. In 2000, they joined SAP as a Development Lead, where they led the team for the Australian country version of SAP HR and worked on a major development project. Nitin then moved to Rapidigm in 2004 as a Project Executive, managing a cross-functional team and overseeing multiple SAP HR and SAP FI rollouts. Nitin joined Whirlpool Corporation in 2005 and held various roles, including Project Manager, Compensation Manager, and Senior Manager of Compensation. During this time, they successfully implemented HRIS projects and managed compensation programs globally. In 2019, they joined Dematic as a Director of Total Rewards and later became a Senior Director, overseeing benefits and compensation for the US, Canada, and Mexico. Currently, Nitin holds the position of Vice President of Total Rewards & Wellbeing at Univar Solutions since 2023.
Nitin Gupta obtained a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from CRSCE Murthal in the years 1994-1998.
