Luiz Carlos Schneider

Luiz Carlos Schneider has extensive experience in the field of accounting and finance, currently serving as Gerente de Controladoria at Grendene S/A since February 1984, where responsibilities include managing international accounting (IFRS), financial audits, federal taxes, and preparing financial projections and reports for regulatory bodies. In addition to the corporate role, Luiz Carlos has contributed to academia as a Professor Convidado at several institutions, including UCS, Univates, and FISUL, teaching postgraduate courses in tax planning, control, and international accounting. Luiz Carlos has also held positions as a full professor in various undergraduate programs, focusing on accounting, financial analysis, and production costs, alongside serving as the coordinator for the Accounting degree program at CNEC. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting with a focus on Control and Finance from Unisinos, along with several specialized certifications from UCS.
