Aline Buysschaert

Aline Buysschaert serves as a Board Member at Impact Finance Belgium since May 2023 and has held the position of Blended Finance Lead at UNIVERCELLS since December 2021. Aline was a Fellow with Belgium's 40 under 40 from September 2022 to August 2023, engaging with emerging societal leaders focused on impactful development. Previously, Aline worked as Program Lead at Savics from September 2020 to December 2021, enhancing digital health solutions, and as Project Manager at KOIS from October 2014 to February 2020, where Aline directed the development of innovative finance instruments. Earlier roles included positions at Awethu Project and the European Commission. Aline holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and International Development from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and additional degrees in Economics and Politics from Université catholique de Louvain and SOAS University of London.
