Larissa Ngoboka

Larissa Ngoboka is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as a Global Talent Manager at UNIVERCELLS since February 2022, Larissa leads talent acquisition and development teams to secure top global talent, aligning workforce capabilities with organizational growth. Previously, Larissa held various roles at Baxter International Inc. from March 2014 to February 2022, focusing on talent management, early talent program implementation, and recruitment coordination within R&D functions. Earlier career experiences include HR recruitment roles at Intys hr, the European Data Protection Supervisor, and the United Nations Office at Geneva. Larissa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology of Work from Université catholique de Louvain.
