Kaycee Machain has extensive experience in benefits counseling and insurance sales, with a current role as a Benefits Counselor/Enroller at Univers Workplace Benefits since 2010, where education is provided to client employees regarding various benefit options in a call center setting. Prior to this, Kaycee has been involved in health and life insurance sales at Insurance Solutions since 2009 and served as a Central Operations Specialist at Pacific Mercantile Bank from 2005 to 2008. Proficiency in working with multiple enrollment databases, including MUE, AllState, ADP, Unum, and Aflac, has been demonstrated throughout Kaycee's career.
